Elizabeth Fuentes, PTA

Elizabeth Fuentes was born and raised in El Paso and is a graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program at El Paso Community College, Class of 2002.  Elizabeth has been practicing as a Licensed PTA for 18 years.  She is passionate about helping her patients feel better and achieve their goals. Elizabeth considers herself very blessed to have been practicing this long and to have experience in a variety of settings including: outpatient, inpatient, aquatic, home health (both with geriatric and pediatric populations) and traumatic brain injury/concussion/vestibular. Elizabeth worked for Border Therapy Services early in her career from 2004-2006 and came on board again in December of 2019.  She recently focused her continuing education on vestibular and concussion management and greatly enjoys working with this patient population. Elizabeth plans on continuing my education to obtain a Vestibular Rehabilitation & Concussion Certification through The American Institute of Balance.
Elizabeth is married to her husband Daniel who is also a PTA and they young daughter named Aspen. When she isn’t busy shuttling her daughter to her Folklorico dance practices/performances, Elizabeth enjoy reading, journaling, gardening, yoga and her daily meditation practice.
