⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can't say enough good things about Therapist Enoch at Border Therapy Services, located at the John Hayes clinic in El Paso. While struggling with sciatica and chronic lower back pain for weeks, I'm starting to get some relief thanks to his expertise and compassionate care. From the very first session, Enoch took the time to truly understand my condition, listen to my concerns, and develop a personalized therapy plan that addressed the root cause of my pain. His knowledge and approach are not only professional but deeply empathetic — he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. Thanks to Enoch’s guidance, exercises, and hands-on therapy techniques, I’ve experienced some improvement in just a few weeks. The pain that once limited my daily life is now manageable, and I’m starting regaining my mobility and strength. If you're dealing with sciatica, back pain, or any physical therapy needs, I highly recommend Therapist Enoch and  Therapist Juan. I cannot say enough good things about Border Therapy. I started physical therapy here a few months ago and saw an immense amount of improvement. They focused on stretching and strengthening. The entire team is very knowledgeable and helpful beyond the physical aspect of the therapy. They always greeted me warmly and by name. I didn’t feel like just another patient. A huge plus for me was that I worked with a different physical therapist or physical therapist assistant every visit. This is very beneficial in that every therapist knew how to assist and connect verus not knowing the staff equally and avoiding the awkwardness. Those seeking help can be vulnerable and emotional during these sessions and different therapists keeps the environment professional. Isela at the front desk was a gem, friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the professionals so much, I didn’t want my time to end there but discharge is inevitable. Britney is knowledgeable and spearheaded my treatment plan and I couldn’t thank her or the team enough. On July 1st I had shoulder surgery, with torn bicep. And rotator cuff. A few weeks after I was sent to Border therapy, I had been here before Two years ago and was glad To be here again. Everyone treated me very well. And was helping me reach my goal. I had 16 sessions. And everyone always welcomed me with a smile and a hello From Randy, Mandy, Manny, and Ruben Always asking, how was I doing today? And understood when I was not having such a great day. The front desk Lady's Isela and Vanessa were so helpful and understanding and worked with my payment's. It has been a wonderful experience. But I am done now. I would gladly recommend Border therapy to anyone. Therapy has kept me on the right track. I am so thankful to them all. And I'm also thankful to the ones That we're also helping others Steve, Jonathan, Britney, Juliet. May God bless them all because dealing with people with pain, is a hard Occupation!
