My husband, Ernest, is currently going to Border Therapy for physical therapy on his shoulder. His therapist is Marisa Bautista, and she has been great on explaining why he needs the exercises she is having him do. I have been very pleased with my therapist, Laramie, at Border Therapy Services. She has been competent, patient, and kind throughout the process and she is also certified to conduct pelvic floor physical therapy, which is what she is working on with me. I am very pleased that the VA selected Border Therapy for my out patient PT needs. My appointments were easy to schedule and they are accommodating when changes were needed. I have had experiences at both the BTS locations in Las Cruces, Rinconada and Telshor.  I have found the staff at both facilities to be friendly, professional, and welcoming.  I have not encountered anyone who was not more than willing to work with clients to achieve whatever is needed to resolve whatever has prompted  the referral. Exceptional Front Desk, and reception by all professionals working here. The Receptionist was fantastic as I could fill out an online intake form and she streamlined it to Marisa who gave a thorough diagnosis to proceed with the proper therapy technique I need to reach full recovery. Bri is my therapist and would highly recommend her and all staff as they are welcoming, friendly, professional, and endearing. Easy location and plenty of parking so the appointments are very easy to get in and out.
