The team at BTS mccombs is great, always friendly from the girls in front to all the PTs. I was there twice a week for just about 5 months from my shoulder surgery. I had one PT Dania , and of course they were all great PTs. She was not always taking care of me but when she did she showed how to treat your patient with extreme care and compassion.  She was always on me to do better so if I had to single out one PT that would be her. BTS is so lucky to have her working for you. The staff and therapists are all great, super friendly, and encouraging -- they always ask how I'm doing, even if they're not working with me that day. I arrived in El Paso after receiving bi-lateral knee replacements, cervical spinal fusion, multiple tears in the shoulder joint, and stenosis throughout my spine. I needed a physical therapy team that could put a treatment plan together that took in account multiple injuries with a goal of getting full mobility back. BTS took on the challenge. Their expertise was evident from the start and through physical therapy exercises, manipulation and a positive attitude I am making major gains in achieving a normal physical existence. My experience at Border Therapy has been truly wonderful. Efren took the time to clearly explain what my journey to recovery would look like, and it has been a very positive one. I'm entering my fifth week of what will eventually be a total of six, and I have to say, my progress has been phenomenal thanks to the help of Border Therapy Services. From the very first day, when I got my evaluation from Efren, I knew I was in great hands because he took the time to explain EVERYTHING!! When he was evaluating why the performance tests I had to do mattered and what to expect from Border in the coming weeks, special shout-out to the employees I worked with directly at one point or another: Darius, Arianna, Alyssa, Dania, and Corina. As well as Ms. Deana, who I believe is a supervisor, for helping me with my form from time to time. Also, shout-out to the young ladies at the front desk, Jackie and Julia, for their professionalism and friendly care on the administrative end. I work hard to help you get better all the staff there is real family orientated and they treat you as family they go above and beyond to make sure that you can get better. Efron Is very knowledgeable in all areas of therapy to get you better all around. It’s a good experience. I suffered a complete hamstring avulsion 🩼🩼 playing roller derby and decided against the risks of surgery.  But I'm SO thankful for my physical therapy at Border Therapy Services,  the treatment team was amazing and came up with a plan to get me back on skates 🛼🛼. Good location in the NE. Staff is friendly and helpful, and they will challenge you throughout the exercises/therapy.
