Legitimately solid group of PTs. They were professional and stressed the importance listening to your body and actually recovering versus toughing injuries out. Carlos and Kayla and team are very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to creating therapy sessions targeting specific injuries. Everyone was very professional. Kayla, Carlos, and Candice kept up with my PT plan and they were on top of things. They listened to my concerns and made the necessary changes. What is there to say?  I was injured on a 4X4 expedition in September.  After working with my Army Doc for 4 months, he could not find anything mechanically wrong with me.  He gave me a referral to physical Therapy. Asking friends and family for their recommendations, they all said go to Border Therapy Services.  We looked them up, and the NORTH MESA location was near to our home. I walked in the first time - barely able to walk and in constant pain.  Kayla, Carlos, and the rest of the crew did an initial evaluation on me, then built a program around my needs.  They told me what to do, and I did it.  Even if it hurt.  And sometimes it did.  But embrace the suck, pain is just weakness leaving the body.  And of course, just when I thought I had this - more weight and more reps.  No slack for an old man? The final result?  In 6 weeks I was almost normal again.  Well, as normal as a 70 y/o beat-up retired combat veteran can be - that's not saying a lot. In the event I require more therapy services - well - PHYSICAL therapy services..... I'd not hesitate to return to this location. The staff and therapists are top shelf. The staff are very understanding, supportive and helpful. My therapists, Kayla and Alexia, took amazing care of me. They are great listeners, hardworking, compassionate and make smart adjustments according to my feedback and their observations.  They are very knowledgeable and really nice.
