An amazing place to heal. Dr. Hayden is attentive, thorough, and super friendly. I am also in great and very capable hands with Yvonne, my PTA, who is likewise mindful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I’ve had a great experience at Border Therapy Services. Ashley, my therapist, is knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. Alma at the front desk is always friendly, organized, and helpful. Nothing but AMAZING things to say about the staff here! All the staff members are so nice and so helpful. I was having neck pain with multiple headaches per week and after working with the therapists here I am down to almost no headaches or neck pain! I saw some negative reviews about the receptionists, but when I visited, they were all genuinely kind and welcoming. The therapists were also very friendly. All the staff are very professional and helpful, from the minute you walk in the door the front office staff are friendly and greet you. Your wait in the lobby is minimal. You are called in by your therapist and they make you feel welcome. They ask how you are feeling and will address any concerns that you might have. They have plenty of individual tables and equipment available so that you don’t feel like you are on top of other individuals. They also have enough therapists so that you get individual care. Everyone is looking out for you and they help each other out. The facility is clean and after you use any of the equipment they wipe it down immediately so the next person can use. They have music playing in the background and the employees seem to be happy and enjoying themselves which is a plus for me. They are all very personable and smiling. You can even feel their smiles and friendly disposition on the phone. Yvonne has been my therapist and she’s knowledgeable about the therapy I need. Dr. Earl Hayden comes around and checks in on everyone. I would highly recommend this facility. I started physical therapy to ease the pain I’d been feeling in my left hip and upper leg. After just a few sessions and following the advice from the therapists, the pain has started to ease up. After total reverse shoulder replacement, I selected Border Therapy at 7825 N. Mesa.  Glad I did -- these people are pros.  The staff demonstrated tremendous concern about my recovery and goals, and worked for 24 sessions to get me back to normal life -- and back on the golf course -- ahead of schedule.  Their care for my individual issues and pain levels was authentic and everyone who worked with me knew the backstory, were familiar with the surgical report, and showed great interest in truly helping me.  The minute I walked in, every time, I felt like I was with friends.  Physical therapy is hard.  But these good people work hard to make it easier. They know what they're doing and they do it well.
