This is the best pool location for Border Therapy. They have very caring staff that are always very attentive to your needs and to your pain levels. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this aquatic therapy clinic. From the very first visit, the staff made me feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. They are incredibly attentive, really listen to their patients, and take the time to understand individual needs and concerns. The therapists are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in your progress. Every session felt positive, encouraging, and tailored specifically for me. It’s rare to find a healthcare team that combines professionalism with such kindness and compassion. This is regarding Border Therapy Services on Mesa. The amazing staff, in particular Kayla, PT and Alex.   After several different surgeries, I have had to go to physical therapy in San Antonio and now here in El Paso.  This group is amazing. My doctor was very impressed at the recovery I made following my sessions with Kayla. The intake is very thorough and the follow-up plan is reviewed with you.  It is tailored to you.  There is constant supervision so that you do not hurt yourself.  That is what you need after surgery.  That you do the exercises correctly to get the most benefit.  The location is convenient and the facility is kept very clean and organized.  I feel so thankful to these therapists.
