I would definitely recommend Border Therapy Services. The front office staff and therapists are incredibly helpful, caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the amount of one-on-one time during each treatment session—it makes a big difference. The exercise program designed to rehabilitate and strengthen my shoulder has significantly reduced the pain I was experiencing. I've had a great experience working with Eric at Border Therapy on Rinconada. From day one, he's been the kind of PT who doesn't just put you through the motions — he takes the time to explain what each exercise targets, why it matters, and what to expect as you progress. It's like having a coach and an educator in one. Eric pushes you to work hard, but always in a way that feels purposeful. He knows when to challenge you and when to dial things back, which makes the process both effective and encouraging. I always leave feeling like I understand my own body a little better. I love my daily walks. A few weeks back during my early morning walk I injured by right knee.  Thanks to Border Therapy Rinconada I am able to start walking again. Eric assessed my knee injury and put me on an exercise therapy.  The staff is super nice, attentive and caring about making you whole again. Stephanie has been absolutely wonderful and the staff as well. They really do care and have made my experience absolutely lovely . I am grateful for these wonderful human beings 😎✌🏽 Returned recently to BT , I’ve been working with Ryan who’s has been extremely helpful and supportive. Ethan and Echo are excellent PT with their attitude and our look .
