I’ve had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The staff is always kind, patient, and very attentive to how I’m progressing. They explain everything clearly and make sure I’m doing each exercise the right way, which has helped me feel more confident throughout my recovery. One thing I really appreciate is how they helped me with a sudden, sharp pain I was having. My therapist guided me through specific stretches and applied gentle pressure, and the pain disappeared right after. That level of care and attention truly made a difference for me. The staff at Performance Physical Therapy Border Therapy Services is first class! From Travis, who evaluated me after my rotator cuff surgery, and now my hip injury, to the knowledgeable physical therapists (Karen, Mickey, and Hector) and the incredibly welcoming receptionist, Alma. Performance Physical Therapy is a great place to have physical therapy. The place is bright, clean and has the needed equipment to recover from any aliment/pain. This is truly the best physical therapy place. From the moment you walk in you feel comfortable, supported and welcomed. Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive to your treatment and highly professional. Ana, Vicky, Hector, Micky, Karen, Travis and Alma make up the most wonderful team, they are simply amazing. I had a fantastic experience at  Border Therapy Services- West while recovering from a foot injury. A special shout out to Karen and Ana who I worked closely with, they were both wonderful to work with. They created a tailored treatment plan that aligned perfectly with my goals — especially my main goal of being able to wear boots on an upcoming trip. Thanks to their guidance, support, and practical exercises, I reached that goal and enjoyed my vacation! Both Karen and Ana were consistently kind, helpful, and focused on helping me improve. I tore my bicep muscle last Sept.  From the first day I started therapy to my last day everyone treated me so kindly. The staff is friendly, funny, and knowledgable. They truly want to help you recover.  They were very thorough and were just as excited as I was when I hit certain target goals.  I was there for several months and noticed they really take the time to get to know you. It was a very positive environment to be in.  They work you hard but you see results. The surgeon was extremely happy with the results as well. I have to say I was sad my last day and ringing the bell that I completed physical therapy was bittersweet but I would recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy.
